S2K Abrasives - Online Credit Application

1.	Prices are inclusive of pallets and packaging (bags and/or supersacks).
2.	A surcharge of $20 per ton will be billed to break a pallet of bagged material. Material will not be sold in less than 1.1 ton (20 bag) increments.
3.	A surcharge of $40 per ton will be billed to break a supersack (loose grain). Material will not be sold in less than 1.1 ton increments.
4.	Special handling or packaging will be quoted upon request.
5.	Payment is VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, cash, check, wire transfer, bank LC, or terms. Terms are NET 30 days upon approval of credit. Please allow up to 10 business days to run credit check. Payment for orders needed prior to credit approval will be negotiated.
6.	Past due accounts are subject to 1.5% per month late fees; invoices over 60 days past due will subject the account to credit hold and may result in legal action to collect.
7.	Customer agrees to pay all collections and/or attorney fees incurred in attempting to collect the past due balance. The venue for any action to enforce collections of receivables shall be in Los Angeles County, California.
